Yellow Eyes

Along the lines of a Belgium blond ale with an opening gravity of 1073. Moderately hopped with challenger whole flower hops used for bitterness and saaz hops for flavour and aroma. A very clear beer that will need a dedicated driver for sure.

Howl & Cry

ABV 9% | R25.00
A rich dark strong ale. Six malts and three different types of whole flower hops were used. Lots of complex flavours and this beer will just get smoother and smoother as time goes by.

Wolf in Sheeps Clothing

ABV 9% | R25.00
We continually hopped this beer using fuggles whole flower hops. Perle cascade and goldings were also used and with five different malts this is a big beer.
